Welcome to The Mattri Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and your engagement with us as a client. By using our consulting services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

The Mattri Group LLC provides business consulting services, including but not limited to:

✔ LLC formation and business structuring

✔ Bookkeeping and financial organization

✔ Business strategy and operational consulting

✔ Government contracting assistance

✔ Marketing and branding support

✔ Other business solutions as requested

All services are provided on a consulting basis, and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes beyond delivering the agreed-upon services.

2. Payment & Fees

    •    Payments must be made in full before services commence unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

    •    Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

    •    Any late payments may be subject to late fees.

Refund Policy

    •    No Full Refunds for Completed Work: Due to the nature of consulting and service-based work, once services are rendered (such as LLC registration, bookkeeping setup, or document preparation), refunds will not be issued for completed work.

    •    Partial Refunds or Adjustments: If work has been started but not fully completed, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus the time and resources already expended.

    •    Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as consultation calls, business filings, and legal document preparation, are non-refundable once work has begun.

    •    Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to provide the necessary information for us to complete the service. Delays due to missing or incorrect client-provided information do not qualify for a refund.

3. Client Responsibilities

    •    The client agrees to provide all necessary information, documents, and cooperation required for service completion.

    •    The client is responsible for reviewing all submitted business documents and ensuring accuracy before filing.

    •    The Mattri Group LLC is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

    •    The Mattri Group LLC is not responsible for business outcomes, financial success, or compliance issues beyond the scope of the services provided.

    •    We provide business consulting services, but we do not provide legal or tax advice. Clients should consult a licensed attorney or CPA for legal and tax matters.

    •    Any liability arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    •    Clients may cancel or reschedule consulting sessions at least 24 hours in advance.

    •    If a client fails to attend a scheduled meeting without notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

    •    Business formation and government filing services cannot be canceled or refunded once documents have been submitted.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

    •    We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information.

    •    Client data is stored securely, and we do not sell or share personal information.

    •    By using our services, the client consents to data collection necessary for service fulfillment (see our Privacy Policy for details).

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Mattri Group LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement with the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes must be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Houston, TX before pursuing legal action.
