Welcome to The Mattri Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and your engagement with us as a client. By using our consulting services, you agree to these terms.

• The Mattri Group LLC provides consulting services specializing in:
• Contract Compliance Auditing
• Contractor Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) & KPI Development
• Government Contract Advisory for Primes & Agencies
•  Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement Consulting
• Government Contract Readiness (case-by-case)

 Note: While we retain the capability to assist with select administrative services, including business formation or SAM.gov registration, these are no longer publicly listed services and are offered only by request in conjunction with our primary compliance and performance advisory engagements.

• Payments are due in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Invoices are due upon receipt.
• Late payments may incur late fees or paused service delivery.

• No Refunds for Completed Work: Due to the nature of consulting services, completed work—including audits, reporting, filings, or advisory deliverables—is non-refundable.
• Partial Refunds (if applicable): If work has commenced but is not completed, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus time, labor, and administrative costs already incurred.
• Non-Refundable Items: Consultation calls, document preparation, filings, and compliance audits are non-refundable once started.
• Client Obligation: Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information do not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Provide timely, accurate information, documents, and access necessary to complete the contracted services.
• Review all deliverables promptly and report any discrepancies within 5 business days.
• The Mattri Group is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect, missing, or delayed client-provided information.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to contract awards, financial gains, or regulatory approvals.
• Our services do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. Clients should seek licensed professionals for such matters.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

• Consultation meetings may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
• Filing, compliance audits, and reporting services are non-cancelable once work has commenced or documents have been submitted.

• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, documents, and records.
• Data is securely stored and used solely for the fulfillment of services.
• We do not sell or share client data with third parties except as required to fulfill contract obligations or as legally required.
• Refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved first through mediation or arbitration in Harris County, Texas, prior to any legal proceedings.
